This pattern uses twisted stitches to make the cables more prominent and create the appearance of waves.

3 needle bind off- I include a video of my ‘hack’ to this to do it on 2 needles, which I find easier. It’s also great if you only have 2 needles to hand.

These cables don’t cross so it’s really easy to see if you’re getting them right. They always go one way so they are a good way to start cables.
The seed stitch starts every time on a purl and ends on a purl as there is an odd number of seed stitches. This means it’s a great pattern to first try seed stitch because you don’t need to remember when to swap between knits and purls. Just remember to purl when you start the seed stitch sections every time and you’ll be great!
