I designed this for our teenage exchange student and will be making other colors, same pattern for my boys. This pattern is for free while I work out the details and add variations. I hope you enjoy it.

The yarn that is used in this pattern suggests size 9 needles so it is thicker than standard worsted weight. When substituting yarn if it is thinner you may want to use to strands, and though I haven’t tried a chunky yarn should work, especially if you would like a slouchier hat.
