Sock on foot is size M for a foot measuring 24.5cm long.
Sock laid flat is size L for a foot measuring 26cm long.

Sizes available:
S to fit foot circumference: 7.5 - 8” / 19-20cm
M to fit foot circumference: 8.5-9” / 21.5-23cm
L to fit foot circumference: 9.5-10” / 24-25.5cm

Foot length as required - leg length is adjusted to accommodate different foot lengths to ensure 75g is enough for one pair of socks - instructions in pattern.
