Twizzled
I wanted a triangle shawl with a cabled spine, but after an exhaustive search found nothing that fit my desires or skill levels, so I took what I knew of shawl construction and came up with this pattern. I typically look for patterns that are fairly basic with maybe a little something to advance my skills, so if you are a basic knitter wanting to learn cables, give this a try. It would also be good for a more advanced knitter looking for a quick and easy project.
I have made this twice, once with Red Heart with Love and #8 needles and once with Danish Petite and #5 needles - The pattern is totally adaptable so choose needles that work well with your yarn.
This is the first time I have tried to publish a pattern, so please let me know if you have questions or ideas to make it better. I can’t wait to see some photos posted. Katherine
