TwizzleTwist Hat pattern suitable for all knitters.

TwizzleTwist Hat stitch pattern is a combination of seed stitch rib design adapted on the bias. I love the dynamic interest bias knitting brings to stitch patterns and the spiral really lends itself to the crown of a hat!

Designed to be made in WildWestDye Naturally dyed soft Bulky weight yarn, one cake (113m/ 123y)/ 120g will make the hat & pom pom!

As well as knowing the standard knitting stitches, you will need to know, or learn the following techniques.

Knit 2 together
Knit through back of loop
Yarn over

Skill level: Easy ish

Three sizes available:

S to fit head: 51cm / 20-21”
M to fit head: 56cm / 21-22”
L to fit head: 56cm / 23-24”

Notions:
Stitch marker for beginning of round, pom pom maker.

Needles:
5.5mm/ US size 9 circulars 16” cord
6mm/ US size 10 circulars 16” cord
6mm/ US size 10 DPN’s or a 32” cord (for magic loop) for the crown.

Gauge:
14 stitches to 10cm in stockinette, in the round on 6mm/ US size 10 needles.
