This is a bulky hat pattern. It comes in 5 sizes that should fit all family members.
The fabric is very stretchy, so sizing can be forgiving as well as fitting over thick curls.
The ribbed brim is extra long, so it can be folded up to add extra warmth over the ears.

• Newborn 1.45 oz/41 grams 45 yards/41 meters
• Infant 2.89 oz/82 grams 90 yards/82 meters
• Toddler 3.39 oz/96 grams 105 yards/96 meters
• Child 3.88 oz/110 grams 120 yards/110 meters
• Adult 5.15 oz/146 grams 160 yards/146 meters

Materials:
• Paintbox Yarns Wool Mix Chunky (Bulky #5), 45-160 yards.
• Circular or Double Pointed needles, sizes US 10/6 mm and US 10.5/6.5 mm.
• Double Pointed Needles, size US 10.5, 6.5 mm (if not doing magic loop for crown.)
• Cable Needle
• Stitch markers as desired.
• Yarn needle with large eye for sewing in ends.

Gauge:
• 21 stitches and 22 rows per 4 inches/10 cm on US 10.5/6.5 mm needles in 1x1 rib, unblocked
