Navajo rugs are divided into several classifications including Regional Rugs, Yei or Sandpainting Rugs, Pictorial Rugs, Saddle Blankets and General. The Regional Rugs are subdivided according to the region of the Navajo Reservation where the designs and colors originated, and the ”Two Gray Hills” rug is a very distinctive example of this classification. Natural blacks, whites, grays an shades of brown distinguish these rugs from those of other areas.

Each of our patterns are tested and proven. They are authentic designs that have been completed numerous times. Each comes with a color diagram and instruction sheet and includes the colors and amount of yarn required to successfully complete each pattern. All of our Patterns use 4 Ply Acrylic Yarn (wool can also be used if you prefer). You will also receive our detailed illustrated instructions showing the method used to change colors quickly and easily while at the same time, making a completely reversible piece of crochet work. Instant downloads print on standard legal size paper (8.5” x 14”)

If you can double crochet, you can Woven Stitch Crochet! This technique is ridiculously easy and horribly addicting. ….just one more row, then I will quit… :)

We show you our technique using only BASIC DOUBLE CROCHET to produce multi-colored, completely reversible hand crocheted products in one easy step. The finished products maintain their shape and texture year after year.
