Two Square Cowl
Let’s knit a weird, reversible cowl out of scraps!
Two Square Cowl was designed with leftovers from larger projects in mind, though the directional knittingworks well with self-striping handspun and similar yarns as well. This project boils down to an easy part, and then some finishing which requires a little bit of attention. So Two Square amounts to an easy knitting project, some interesting finishing work, and a fine-knit reversible cowl, all in one.
The downloadable .PDF pattern is written explicitly for sockweight yarn, but unofficially, you could really knit this in sport or DK weight. The measurements to help you do that are included in the simple pattern. All the knitting is easy; the finishing takes more focus.
