This is a simple knitting pattern for a whimsical two tasseled baby hat. In the photos, I used double strands of wool worsted weight yarn but feel free to use any material you like or substitute two strands of worsted weight yarn for one strand of a super bulky/chunky yarn.

The hat is knit on 16” length circular needles and the tassels are attached last. You can make the tassels as thick or thin, long or short as you desire.

Hat will fit a baby 6-12 months old but if you use smaller needles or lighter weight yarn, you can make this hat fit a much smaller baby.

This hat makes the perfect photography prop!
