This easy head covering is the perfect addition to your seasonal
wardrobe. This pattern is for an adult, one size fits most. No
measurements applicable.
(GAUGE 16 st = 10X10 cm/ 10 rows = 4X4 in) The pattern is worked like
this, starting with two identical front panels. One of which is
continued adding rows creating a middle section, that is then joined
to the other identical panel creating a hood. Neck ribbing is worked
side to side same as the front panels. Then hand sewn onto the hood.
And finally, the face edging is worked in the round finishing the
balaclava. I have included an index of photos at the end of this
pattern as a visual aid. If you’ve got any feedback or questions –
please do get in touch. I really hope you enjoy making this piece as
much as I enjoyed designing it!
