The Two Way Cardigan is a cardigan with two blocks of colour, set-in sleeves, high collar and either zipper or button closure.

Colour B* 2 2 2 2 2 2
In the photograph, Colour A is Boysenberry for the zipper cardigan and Leaf for the button cardigan. Colour B is Bubblegum for the zipper cardigan and Lavender for the button cardigan.

1 pair 4mm x 40cm needles
Tapestry needle
Sewing thread to match Colour B
61 (61, 61, 66, 66, 66) cm open-ended zipper (for zipper cardigan) to match Colour B
OR
7 x 20mm buttons (for button cardigan)

Gauge

22 sts and 30 rows over 10cm in stocking stitch using 4mm needles.

Tension is important, particularly for the zipper cardigan. Work a tension square and adjust needle size up or down as required.
