The potholders from the first and second photos are made with an acrylic yarn and measure approximately 17 cm x 13 cm.
The third and fourth photo one is made with a flat cotton yarn and measures 21 cm x 14 cm.
The pattern for these potholders is based on working each row with two color contrasting yarns using a special technique of slipped stitches together with knitted and purled stitches.
It is constructed first using straight knitting and finally the edge with circular knitting. It generates a stretchy, thick and reversible fabric.
The instructions are meticulously explained and supported with explicit photos to easy understand the process on making the work.
You will get an english tutorial as well as a spanish one.
