Uffda our Gnome Trio
I am so addicted knitting gnomes. This gnome pattern begins knitting the hat. Then picking up the body stitches above the brim of the hat. Beard and nose are not sewn on after. Stuffing is used as the gnome is knit. When the last stitch is sinched and secured the gnome is complete! The pattern is written for a larger gnome using worsted weight yarn, however play with the yarn and needles used and make any size desired. I’ve made a gnome using fingering to bulky with this pattern. It’s a great way to use up extra yarn leftover or to see how color ways play together as a sample for a larger project.
