UFO Dishcloth
A companion dishcloth for my rocket ship dishcloth!
My finished measurements are 8 1/2” square and I used 38 gr of yarn. Knowledge of casting on and binding off as well as how to do knit and purl stitches are needed. The popcorn stitch at the top of the antenna is a bit tricky, but if you know how to knit and purl as well as knit stitches together, you will be fine! A video that may help can be found at this website: http://newstitchaday.com/popcorn-stitch/
For best results knitting ‘picture’ dishcloths, use a size or two smaller needle than you usually would for the given yarn, choose a solid colour yarn and block your finished dishcloth.
Many thanks to Jess for enthusiastically test knitting my pattern. Her hard work is very much appreciated!!
P.S. Those of you with eagle eyes will note my mistake on the left side border. Oops! I am not infallible!
