I started making these slippers about 8 years ago.
When I showed my husband my first version and asked him what he thought he told me : “Ugly!!”
And there was the name for my new design!!
At that time I really thought you had to spell it like “Uggly”… so I glued and “s” behind it (because there’s two right?!)

The bottom is made with Phentex yarn, a really durable yarn. So they last longer then when you make them with regular yarn (BUT please feel free to make them with regular yarn in stead of Phentex yarn!).

They might look ugly, but they are SO comfy!!

And as you can see, I am having lots and lots of fun making them.

These come in 3 sizes and I made up a men version and a women version, but you will read all about that in the pattern.
