The name of this blanket is given in the most loving way. For a time I was working all the time and my mind was always on the go I needed a way to decompress and clear my mind, as alway I turn to knitting. I had a massive pile of yarn and found that long rows of simple knit stitches was a wonderful way to get into a state of flow. I found joining yarn in where ever the balls ended created the lovely mottled stripes and as I worked came up with a few different color layouts that can be worked in any way desired.
