These very pretty pieces are wonderful for the knitter who has mastered the basics but wants to try a taste of lace. The sides are completely straight, so they’re drop-shouldered, but the sleeves have a rounded cap. The backs of each are plain st st-- couldn’t be easier. The lace pattern is only 4 rows, and two of those are just knitting the knit stitches and purling the purls. Lovely garments to knit in soft variegates as well as solids.
