Often it can be tricky seaming lacy fabrics together, as you might find sewing raglan sleeves into a body. But this design makes the seaming easier by having the under part of the sleeves worked in st st-- and it works amazingly well as a design element, too. The front bands are flanked with mirrored cables, but the sleeve panels are lacy only. The hat is knit flat and seamed.
