This pattern is a copy of an old Danish underskirt that was knitted around the year 1900. The original is kept in Herning Museum, Denmark.
It is knitted in the round, with a crocheted waistband.

Size 38 is 63 cm long, has a 66 cm waist, and a total bottom width of 154 cm. Size 40 is 64 cm long, has a 70 cm waist, and a total bottom width of 154 cm.

The pattern was published in 1976.
