This is a very heavy square, fast to work up, and would be perfect for a very cold winter. This has a huge 3D look to it and has a finished look of a pinwheel which doesn’t show up that good, sorry. It is 12 x 12 so wouldn’t take many to make a good size afghan. :) I begin these patterns with a sketch and as I go, they just automatically change as I rip out and redo. I never know what I’m going to end up with at the finish.
