Úna is an Irish girl’s name that means little lamb. I think it’s a pretty name to go with a pretty hat.

The pattern has two levels of difficulty: you can knit it as a confident/strong beginner or if you’re slightly more advanced you can use the more complicated techniques of provisional cast on, three needle bind off and a little bit of i-cord.
Other techniques you’ll need are knitting in the round, picking up stitches from a piece you’ve already knit and “make 1” stitch by picking up a loop of yarn from your previous row.
