THEN

“Wrap the next st, leaving the wrapped st on the right needle, turn. 2 sts dec.”

Front:
Near the end, the second sentence before the Finishing section, instead of:
“Work to 7 sts before last wrap, W&T, work back to neck edge, turn work from * to * once more.”
Do this instead:
Work to 7 sts before last wrap, W&T, work back to neck edge.
