This pattern features a beautiful yet easy lace - little chain links same as in the Unchained melody cowl and neck warmer. Similar stitch, different construction/shape of the shawl.
It was designed for one 100g Hank of handpainted sock yarn (400m) - double stranded with fine mohair, preferable 400 m of each.
I love mohair and I’m always amazed how much a little bit of fluff can influence the end results. Have fun choosing the right fluff! Use the fluff to tone down a very variegated yarn (admit it! we are always drawn to these one!) or use the fluff to accentuate one particular colour from the variegated or just use a plain colour wool and find the perfect match of fluff to give some extra luxury.

The shawl has an asymmetrical triangle construction, starting from one tip. After the setup rows, increases are made on each RS, building the foundation for a new panel. Size can easily be adjusted - if you have enough yarn for making it larger - just keep going until you reach the desired dimensions.

After a few panels are created - it becomes a very easy pattern to knit, with a straightforward rhythm , as some of my lovely testers commented - easy to knit in the car, no constant need to check the instructions!
