unda
“Wave after wave, each mightier than the last,
Till last, a ninth one, gathering half the deep and full of voices, slowly rose…”
Alfred, Lord Tennyson
The Unda wrist warmers were designed as a gentle and graceful accessory with more than a hint of Romanticism.
Inspired by the work of the Romantic poets, Byron, Tennyson, Keats and both Mary and Percy Shelley and the founding principle of finding a sympathetic connection between the natural world and human creativity.
Unda is worked in the round, using a combination of pretty picot edgings and a traditional wave stitch using DK yarn (approximately 150m) and a 4mm (G) hook. Worked to tension; Unda measures 21cm x 10cm.

I really hope you enjoy crocheting these enchantingly elegant wrist warmers.
