This cover is knit in-the-round using Magic Loop or two circulars, and grafted at the bottom. Every knit stitch in this pattern is worked through the back of the stitch to twist it. Purl stitches are purled normally.

Needles:
Size 8 (5.0mm): long circular for Magic Loop or 2 circulars for knitting in the round
