Drawing inspiration from the intricate15th-century tapestries, ‘The Lady and the Unicorn’, this pattern is pure joy to create. Go bold with contemporary hues for a playful spin, or embrace classic elegance with a red and gold palette.

This design is a collaboration with Crafty That Way.

These mittens are knit with a ribbed cuff to fold into the mitten for extra warmth or to wear tucked into your jacket sleeve, Latvian braid cuff, and an afterthought thumb. This pattern includes directions and charts for 3 sizes 7¼, (8, 9) inches/18 (20, 22.5) cm circumference. Fingering weight yarn and US1 (2.25mm) needles are used but additional sizes can be achieved by using smaller or larger needles and lighter or heavier sock yarns.
