My unicorn blanket is one of those things that bring on the ‘feel-good’ factor and will delight anyone who is lucky enough to have a blanket crocheted for them. The pattern instructions are for a small blanket (40” wide by 39” long 101.5 cm by 99 cm) and a large blanket (69” wide by 55” long 175 cm by 139.5 cm), and it is easy to alter the sizes if you need to.

The main part of the blanket is made using bulky weight (chunky/12 ply yarn) and the pattern stitch is easy to memorize after the first couple of rows, so it is a fairly quick and easy project to make - perfect for gifts.
