This is a sister to my Nurmilintu shawl - the same lace and garter stitch combination, but in different shape.

Julie Asselin Leizu Fingering Simple (90 % merino wool, 10 % silk, 115 g / 438 m). 1 skein color Alpin. Shawl shown used 110 g / 420 m.

Needles
4-4.5 mm or to get gauge

Gauge
17 sts and 40 rows / 10 cm in garter st before blocking – gauge is not important, but may affect the size of the shawl and yarn requirement.

Notes
If you want a larger shawl, there are two options. You may work the garter stitch part longer (some stitch counts are given in the pattern), or you may work the lace edging longer by repeating lace pattern more times.
