My section of the 2021 Unity CAL was inspired by the larksfoot stitch, which I had been working with in a previous project. I wanted to keep the design relaxing and repetitive for each round, as I knew my section was going to be towards the outside of the king-sized blanket. True to my OCD tendencies, it developed as a symmetrical design, which suits this remix perfectly! As an artist, please feel free to experiment with different colours, yarn weights and yarn types for unique results (just be sure to use a hook size that suits your yarn, and be aware that such changes can affect the gauge and size of your project).
