Untuva Sweater
Untuva (Down) Sweater feels like wearing a sweet hug.
I wanted to design a classic color work sweater using one of my favorite colors and wonderful fluffy yarn from Rowan.
This sweater is worked from top to bottom starting from the neck ribbing.

9.5 − 12.5 cm / 3.75 − 5” of positive ease.

NEEDLES:
Size 3.5 mm / US 4 circular needles, 40 cm / 16” for the neck ribbing
and 60 cm / 24” or longer for the body ribbing.
Size 3.75 mm / US 5 circular needle, 60 cm / 24” or longer for the body.
Size 4 mm / US 6 circular needles, 40 cm / 16” for the beginning for yoke
and 60 cm / 24” or longer for the rest of the yoke.
Size 3.5 mm / US 4 double-pointed needles for the sleeve ribbing
(if you’re not using the Magic Loop Technique).
Size 3.75 mm / US 5 double-pointed needles for the sleeves
(if you’re not using the Magic Loop Technique).
Adjust needle size to get the correct gauge.
NOTIONS:
Stitch markers, tapestry needle and scrap yarn.
GAUGE:
20 stitches and 30 rows = 10 cm / 4” over St St in the round with 3.75 mm / US 5 needles
(after blocking).
20 stitches and 26 rows = 10 cm / 4” over colorwork in the round with 4 mm / US 6 needles
(after blocking).
