Perfect for beginners or more experienced knitters looking for a simple pattern to unwind with! This blanket is worked all in one, so there’s no sewing involved, and uses just knit and purl stitches.

Instructions are given for three sizes:
63x65, 79x81 and 95x97cm
25x26, 31x32 and 38x39”
The pattern can be made to any width you like, with extra pattern repeats adding 16cm (6.25”) to the length.

Yarn required:
300, 500 or 700g chunky
471, 785, 1099 yards
434, 720, 1008m
I used Stylecraft Special chunky but any similar yarn would work just as well.

You will need 6mm needles - straights are fine for the smallest size but you will need circular needles to accommodate all the stitches for the larger sizes.
