Uplifting Scarf
Discontinued.

If you’ve never played with lifted stitches before, you’re in for a treat with this scarf. It’s a fairly simple design – a border of seed stitch surrounding a main panel of garter and lifted stitch ribbing. It can be done in a solid color yarn too, but this kind of stitch really allows handpainted yarns to put their best foot forward. The FlexTips section includes instructions for making a reversible version of the scarf by working it in a tube rather than back and forth.
Knitted in heavy worsted weight yarn at 4.5 sts to the inch for a finished scarf size of 8.5” x 72”, using approximately 450 yards of yarn.
