Urban Goddess
From the Summertime Collection.
Timeless and eternal, the Urban Goddess brings Nature’s message to the city. Her long wrap, decorated with the “Apple Leaf” pattern, reminds us of the source of her beauty and power. This graceful wrap is light and airy, with wonderful drape, giving just enough cover for a summer evening. It can be knit to any length you desire.
Worked in three separate panels for the back and front, the shawl is joined at the shoulders with a three-needle bind-off. Short rows give shaping at the shoulders.
With the simple use of I-cord laces, this shawl can be transformed into a long vest or over-dress.
Directions include instructions for a tunic-length and a short, hip-length vest version as well.
