Description:
Even new knitters can make this easy, classic light-weight, gender-neutral beanie worked in the round on circular needles. One size fits most from toddlers to adults because beanie is very stretchy with a generous folded brim that can accomodate many lengths. Hat sizing chart is included to help with any adjustments.

Using only knit and purl stitches, this beanie knits up surprisingly quickly in worsted weight because of its rhythmic and repetitive knit. It’s a perfect candidate for market prep and for the whole famiy, and with it’s traditional appeal and folded brim options, it’s simply irresistible!

Pattern is written in US terms and includes tables, video links and tips along with clear written instructions. Can be worn with or without a pompom because of the careful attention to the crown, providing something for everyone, including guys and gals. Share your creations with family and friends. It makes the perfect gift, though, don’t forget to make one for yourself too!

One size fits most. Beanie fits approximately 18-23” head circumference.

Skill level:
Easy pattern suitable for new knitters.

Materials You Will Need:
Size 4 mm/US 6 and 4.5mm/US 7 circular needles with 16” cord, 4.5 mm/US 7 double point needles for crown decrease. Worsted weight yarn, approximately 156-158 yards/143-144.5 m.
Pompom optional but not required because crown detail shines on its own.
