The colorwork is made in mosaic slip stitch technique. Since its a small purse, its a good project to start with if you want to learn this technique. The pattern does not include any tutorials, but if you wish to read more about the technique you can find information from my website here, including how to read the charts:

The bag comes in one size, 18 x 20 cm/7 x 8 ”. The gauge is 30 sts x 42 r = 10 x 10 cm/4 x 4” over stockinette.

You’ll need:
Straight needles size 3 mm (US 3)
Rope apx 75 cm/29.5”
Zipper, 20 cm/8 ”

Yarn used:
Ice Yarns, Airwool merino
50 g MC 50 g CC
50 g = 225 m/246 yds

Or any fingering weight yarn which gives you gauge. The pattern has 3 pages.
