This pattern is based to the standard socks with knit and purl stitches. This pattern name “Uroko” means “the scale of fish”, which looks so similar.
This socks is worked so softly, so the ribbing at the cuff is worked too tight by using smaller needles.

基本的な靴下の編み方で甲と足回りに表目と裏目の模様を入れました。見た目が魚のウロコのように見えたので「Uroko Socks」と名前をつけました。
ふんわり感があるので履き口のゴム編みは細い針で仕上げています。

【かかとから履き口までの長さ】約22cm

【使用する糸】中細程度のソックヤーン（OPAL 4plyなど) 400～420m/100g 程度のもの（ウール/ナイロン混のものが適しています）

• ウール100%の物は履いていくうちに穴があいてしまうので「ソックヤーン」の表示があるもの、ナイロン混(20～25%くらい)のものを選んでください。ナイロンが入っていることで糸の強度が増します。

【使用する針】
1号または2.5mmの輪針(80cm)もしくは棒針（5本針）
0号または2.0mmの輪針(80cm)もしくは棒針（5本針）（ゴム編み部分）
輪針は「マジックループ」という方法で編んでいきます。
