Useful and Smart Bolero
THE bolero is right back in the fashion picture, and it is a very useful little garment for spring and summer. Just such a little jacket is ideal for slipping on over a dinner or evening frock when extra warmth is required, and for day wear the addition of a bolero makes a fresh ensemble.
• back measures 18in across under arms, and each front piece at the same place is 7in
• front length, from shoulder to lower edge 15in
• side seam, 8in
• sleeve seam, 5in
Materials Required:
6oz bouclet, 4-ply thickness,
pair each of No. 9 and 11 knitting needles.
Tension: 7 stitches to the inch in width on No. 9 needles:
