Pilsið er prjónað úr Huldubandi, íslenskri ull, sem gerir það hlýtt, létt og teygjanlegt. Pilsið er prjónað ofan frá og niður, það er síðara að aftan og hentar því vel fyrir ýmis konar útiveru þar sem það hamlar ekki hreyfingu.
Auðvelt er að síkka pilsið með því að gera fleiri endurtekningar af mynsturbekknum sem er neðst.

One can easily adjust the length by adding pattern repeats to the hem.
