This is a PDF pattern for V-neck Sweater fits 13-14 inch dolls such as Ruby Red Fashion Friends and Petitcollin Minouche. This sweater is worked from the top down in one piece with a back closure. The top part of the sweater is knit Back-and-forth and the bottom is knit in the Round. This sweater is knitted using short rows with a yarn over technique. In the sweater a striped pattern is used. Different combinations can be used for the stripes. In stripes, you can combine different patterns, textures and colors of yarn.

SKILL LEVEL: intermediate

KNITTING SKILLS REQUIRED: Cast on, bind off in rib, knit, purl, increase, decrease, short rows with yarn over technique, back-and-forth knitting, round knitting.

MATERIALS:

– Needles: 00 US/1.75 mm, 1.5 US/2.5 mm and 2 US/2.75 mm needles either double point or circular. If you are using magic loop, you will need at least a 20 inch/50 cm cable.

– Yarn: Use any fingering yarn that will give you a gauge 37 stitches and 50 rows = 4 inch (10 cm) in stockinette stitch by size US 1.5 (2.5 mm) needles.

– Small snaps for fasten.
