This pouch style bag makes a lovely gift bag, yarn holder, makeup bag or even a small project bag.

The sample made a bag approx. 15cm (6”) diameter by 15cm (6”) high, but the pattern gives tips on how to adapt the size for your requirements.

It can be made from scraps of leftover yarn (see photos on page 3). It can be made in any weight of yarn provided you use the same yarn weight throughout and use a suitable hook – so 3mm for 4ply, 3.5mm for sport and 4mm for DK.

It was designed for the Advent CAL 2023 - the 10 gift bags of Christmas.
