This is an 8-page pattern, including photos and some step by step instructions to make a male and female Valentine’s Gonk, plus hearts.

To make the Gonks you will need:

• 4.00mm crochet hook
• 4.50mm crochet hook Scissors
• Darning Needle
• Pins
• Polyester Filling
• Polybeads

ARAN YARN (approx. amounts):

• Grey 100g
• Pink 100g
• Skin Colour 15g
• White 25g

You will also need scraps of DK yarn and a 3.00mm hook to make a weighted pouch for the gonks (this is optional)

The only stitch used in the pattern is UK double crochet (which easily translates to US single crochet) - and this is mentioned in the pattern so there should be no confusion as to which stitch is required.

The gonks sit at approximately 25cm with the hat bent.
