Please use the discussion thread and the photo spoiler threads for this KAL separately because there are some people who want to be surprised by what their socks will look like.

For those of you who would like to know in advance before getting started or ordering your yarn, we have set up a secret viewing page on our website where you can take a look at this KAL and the Valentine Sock KAL we are simultaneously hosting.

These socks are ankle socks, but if you would like to make longer/taller socks you can. The socks are knit from the top down, with a lovely contrasting cuff, heel, and toe. The cuff has the same beautiful lace edging featured in the matching shawl. The lace is easy to work, and easy to memorize.

The directions are for knitting the socks on a circular needle (magic loop style), but if you prefer you may use dpns.

While we appreciate you purchasing our yarn for this KAL, it is not required. More than anything we want to send some love out into the world and help sooth any lonely hearts we can touch with this circle of friendship.
