It is an asymmetrical triangular shawl that starts at one of the tips and finishes by binding off the shortest side of the triangle.

It is a shawl that any knitter can make, even beginners, and the more advanced ones will surely learn the sequence in the blink of an eye.

I had to knit this shawl twice, with two different types of yarn: one with a DK weight yarn, and another one with a fingering weight yarn held together with a silk mohair.

GAUGE
18 sts and 24 rows = 10 cm 4″ in stockinette stitch after blocking, on 4.50 mm US 7.

In this case, as this is a shawl, gauge is not critical, but can affect the quantity of yarn used.

OPTION 1:
380 meters 416 yards of DK yarn. I
Robledal de la Santa - Silk Yak DK, in “Polvo” color:
20% Yak + 20% Silk + 40% Merino | 100 gr, 212 m

OPTION 2:
380 meters 416 yards of fingering yarn + 380 416 yards meters of lace yarn, knitted with 2 strands held together:
El Robledal de la Santa - BFL Blend in “Another love”.
50% superwash Corriedale + 50% superwash British Bluefaced Leicester | 100 gr, 400 m
My Knitted Closet - The Silk Mohair in “Jasmine white”.
75% Super kid mohair+25% seda | 25 gr, 212 m

4.50mm / US 7 - Cable 60cm / 24”. You can pick a larger cable.

Es un chal triangular asimétrico que se empieza por una de las puntas y se acaba cerrando en el lado más corto.

Es un chal apto para cualquier nivel de tejedora, desde principiantes, y seguro que las más avanzadas se aprenderán la secuencia en un momento.

Tuve que tejer este chal dos veces, con dos tipos diferentes de hilo: uno con hilo de grosor DK, y otro con hilo de grosor fingering combinado con mohair de seda.

MUESTRA
18 puntos y 24 vueltas = 10 cm 4″ con agujas de 4.50 mm US 7, en punto jersey después de bloquear.
En este caso, al ser un chal, la muestra no es crítica, pero afectará a la cantidad de hilo utilizado.

OPCIÓN 1:
380 metros 416 yardas de hilo de grosor DK. Lo he tejido con Robledal de la Santa - Silk Yak DK. Color: Polvo.
20% Yak + 20% Silk + 40% Merino | 100 gr, 212 m

OPCIÓN 2:
380 metros 416 yardas de hilo fingering + 380 metros de hilo de grosor lace, tejiendo las dos hebras juntas:
