Such a cute, fun, and easy pattern to add to Barbie’s wardrobe! This is a 2-piece outfit, with a cute crop top paired with a vintage, high waisted style full skirt

Materials: 1.5mm hook, #10 cotton crochet thread, sewing needle, scissors, 2 small buttons (or snaps, or velcro)

Stitches used: (US Terminology) chain, single crochet, double crochet, sc2tog, 2sc, 2dc

Gauge - Using a 1.5mm hook and #10 cotton crochet thread
Row 1 - Ch 9, sc in second chain from the hook and in each st across (8sc). Turn and ch1
Row 2 - Sc in each st across (8sc)

Row 3-5 - Ch 3, dc in next st and each across (8dc)

I want everyone to feel comfortable with being able to read my pattern style, so here is a small pattern segment to give you a better idea of how I write my patterns.

Pattern Segment:
Row 5 & 6 – SC in each st across, ch1 and turn. (42sc)
Row 7 – SC in first 12 sts, 2SC in next st, SC in next 16 sts ,2SC in next st, SC in each of the remaining 12sts. Ch 1 and turn. (44sc)
Row 8 – SC in first 18 sts, 2SC in next 8sts, SC in last 18 sts, ch 1 and turn. (52sc)
