Vanilla Ankle Socks
This ankle socks knitting pattern is the perfect way to get started with knitting your own socks. The vanilla design means they’re simple in both appearance and construction, making them the perfect project to dip your toes in.
The socks are knit from the top down, starting with ribbing at the ankle. Then the heel flap is knit before moving onto the main body and finally the toe decreases and finishing.
There’s one size included in the cast on instructions, and you can customise the length to get the right fit for you.
Skills you’ll use when knitting these simple ankle socks include knit stitch, purl stitch, 1x1 rib stitch (including knitting through the back loop), decreasing, picking up stitches and seaming.
When you complete your purchase, you’ll be able to download a PDF of the knitting pattern. Please make sure you save the knitting pattern somewhere you can find it, and don’t forget to check your spam folder if your email doesn’t come through soon after purchase.
