Vårvinter Beanie
Vårvinter Beanie is a quickly knitted and cosy beanie inspired by the fifth season in Northern of Sweden, it’s winter with a touch of spring
The beanie is knitted in double threads unspun wool preferrably, and knitting needles 7 mm, which creates a very light and airy beanie. I recommend double thread of Nutiden Yarn from Höner och Eir but you can of course use other yarns as well, just make sure to check the gauge and bear in mind that the end result might not be as light and airy as it would be if knitted in recommended yarn.
The beanie is knitted buttom-up in broken rib, and you create the unfolding by knitting together the working stitches with the cast on edge. In the pattern you will find a video tutorial for this.
It is a very quick and fun knit perfect for your Nutiden leftovers!
I hope you enjoy knitting this beanie!
