Description
This beautiful Vase and Flowers pattern includes clear step-by-step instructions. The Vase is made by repurposing a Glass Jam Jar (any wide necked Jar can be used).
This is a PDF PATTERN ONLY and NOT the finished item. It is a perfect gift for any occasion.
The pattern is written in ENGLISH using AMERICAN terminology. A conversion chart is included at the beginning of the pattern.

Skill Level
This pattern can be achieved by an Intermediate crocheter. Each process is explained in FULL (with photographs throughout) so it is easily achievable with basic crocheting skills and knowledge.

Materials Needed for each Item
NOTE: I used Double Knit Acrylic yarn throughout.
Jar Cover
Coloured yarn of choice:
- Lower Section of Jar : approx. 20g yarn (including Base).
- Upper Section of Jar : approx. 15g yarn.
Flower and Leaves on Jar : Scraps of chosen colour.
Empty 420g (7cm Diameter x 13cm High) Jam Jar or larger Wide-Necked Jar.
1 x Stemmed Flower
Green yarn for Stems and Backs of Flowers - scraps.
Yellow/ White yarn for Flower Petals.
Brown yarn for Flower Centre - scraps.
1 x 14” length of 18 Gauge Wire (for EACH Flower Stem).
Stuffing - tiny amount to go in Centre of Flower.
1 x Stem with Bud and 3 Leaves
Green yarn for 1 x Bud, Stem and 3 Leaves - approx. 12g.
1 x 14” length of 18 Gauge Wire or 1 x Bamboo Skewer (for EACH Bud Stem).
Stuffing - small amount to stuff the Bud.
Extra Items needed
2.5mm and 3mm crochet hooks.
Scissors.
Darning Needle.
Stitch Marker.
