Vat is a joyful little frog who is very kind and likes to make you happy! His name comes from Vátrahos (Βάτραχος) which in Greek means “frog”.
Vat is one of my “Zoomis” characters, where Zoomis = “Zoo” (ζώο - “animal” in Greek) + “mis” from “amigurumis”.

LANGUAGE:
English (US terminology)

MATERIALS:
-Cotton yarn in 3-4 colors
-Thread of black and white yarn
-Crochet hook for the yarn you use (I used a 3mm hook)
-Stitch marker or a thread of yarn
-Scissors
-Tapestry needle
-Soft toy stuffing

SIZE:
If made with suggested yarn and hook, Vat will be approximately 14,5 cm | 5.70 inches tall.

LEVEL:
Advanced beginner

SKILLS NEEDED:
-Basic crochet stitches like chain, slip stitch, single crochet.
-You should know how to: make a magic ring, work in continuous rounds (spiral), sc increase and sc (invisible) decrease.
-Basic sewing skills to sew parts together.
