Vauclain Wristers
Inspired by Missoni’s colorful use of chevrons, these wristers are knit sideways, using two colorways of Zauberball for contrast. Button closures line up with pattern eyelets which means easy finishing!
Wristers use approx 225 yds total of fingering weight yarn, in each of two colors. Additional yardage is required if you wish to manipulate color repeats to create maximum contrast.
Finished width (across direction of knitting): 8 (9 3/4)“
Finished length: 8 (8 1/2)”
Sample uses colors #1963 (A) and #1508 (B)
Each repeat of chevron st measures approx 1 2/3” wide and 1/2” tall after blocking
