Vegas Nights
This fun shawl is the result of a collaboration between 5 yarn companies (and me), who all dyed a special mini skein to be joined in one shawl! A collaborative project for the TNNA 2018 Winter show in Vegas, we wanted to tie the theme into some of the other things this city has to offer: bright lights, deep desert night skies (if one leaves the lights behind) and many incredible shows!
ERRATA:
Body Rows (Colro A) Section should read:
Rows 3-22: Repeat rows 1 and 2 ten times. – 81 sts
-> You are repeating the section 10 not 11 times to get to the 81 sts
Are you a LYS representative heading to TNNA this week?
Make sure to stop by the 5 yarn companies who sponsored this super fun project and pick up your free mini skeins of yarn and the kit to make your own shop sample!:
The booth numbers you don’t want to miss are: 505, 508, 509-510, 516, 525
And you’ll be visiting these fabulous yarn dyers in that same order as above numbers: Oink Pigments, Knit One Crochet Too, Anzula Luxury Yarns, Lorna’s Laces, & Sweet Georgia Yarns
This top down shawl is an updated take on the classic triangle shawl, with added width for easy wear-ability and fun stripe and drop stitch patterns creating a distinct Spotlight look.
Easy to knit and just the right size to try out new yarns and combine some bright colors with a hint of desert night!
